Postdoctoral Fellowship in Personalized Genomic Medicine:

The Johnson Lab at Boston University is currently searching for two motivated postdoctoral fellows with interest in applying computational/statistical methods to high-throughput genomics in for application in personalized medicine. The fellows will be involved in the development of innovative methods for Next Generation sequencing technologies and will have access to data from multiple patient cohorts specifically gathered for the development of methods for predicting disease, diagnosing disease, identifying the specific cause of disease, and developing personalized drug treatment regimes. The Johnson Lab has recently moved to the Division of Computational Biomedicine at the Boston University School of Medicine which provides a unique environment for statistical/computational postdocs to interact with biologists and physicians in an integrated and highly effective manner. Applicants should have strong programming skills and experience in statistics, bioinformatics, computer science or a related field. Graduate Students focusing on Personalized Medicine:

The Johnson Lab at Boston University is looking for graduate researchers to join our lab. Students should have interest in biostatistics, bioinformatics and/or molecular biology.
